SPOILERS/SKIN LORE BELOW Krabs has become seeming more mindless over the years, not being to manage the krusty krab. Thus, as a result, the owner transferred to Spongebob, the best worker of the Krusty Krab. Krabs sat in a hospital room, moaning and groaning. Then, one day, he snapped back to life. He broke out of the hospital, being completely different than who he was before. Due to krab's outbreak, the Krusty Krab has been abandoned ever since. Spongebob still wishes that he could see krabs as who he was before again, at least once. Due to krab's new and ruthless personality, his nickname is now "Krabb". Krabb can be seen snacking on krabby patties, and resides mostly there, As he still remembers most of the time he's spent there, but his infection has taken over his brain itself. He has been caught sparing most victims to him multiple times (Due to some of his brain not being fully infected, so he tries to stop himself), Being far less dangerous than the other infected, although being stronger in attacking. His appearance has never changed throughout these events. He preys most on living food, or food in general, and that's the reason he just about never actually is a problem. Not this time, though...
