basically Gemrel and the aculon empire agreed for Gemrel to give the colony to them (its in the red circle), basically the reason for this because aculon promised money and we can use that money to build weapons,ships who knows! the colony was right in front of the aculon empire's colony and they asked for me to give it to them or dissolve it, I chose to give it to them because who would waste land like that?
