After they finish building their labs Texas begins conducting massive amounts of research on how to modify DNA itself to encode secret information inside people. Not only that but they plan on creating new breads of genetically modified people to essentially be a type of super soldier. Their plans is to engineer various types of pseudo-humans to fulfill specific purposes. They have also been putting lots of research into making their society as adaptive as possible and to build up their economy and military significantly.
