Takes image data from list(blurred in my case), renders it. Image data is in RGB Ill use this to make frostglass or liquid glass(welp this isnt gonna work on a potato, so we will make it compiler only) in our OS :))) It renders in 120 x 90 resolution so we dont have to get 173k values
