Looking back on my mental state as a teenager and without getting into too many personal details, I was really not doing very well. While my mental health today is not perfect, I am doing so so so much better as an adult. I wish I could tell my childhood self that I figure things out. past style (2018-2023) - I made this with SVE (with Turbowarp), similar to the way I used to animate my Behind the Door, Stroke of Twelve, Aeternum, North from Nothere, and Court of Olympia projects which stemmed from the classic old 'scratch series' art style inspired by things like Colour Divide and The Wand (which were big scratch animated series back in the day). Current style (2026) - I actually just switched to clip studio paint for animation! I finished this character animation a few months ago, so this particular animation was actually one of the first ever CSP animations I've made. I've learned some more tricks since this, but I still like this animation quite a bit. This is the style I'm switching to for my current Fortune Fowl project (only on yt). I really like my old style still! The lineless look is fun and it can be animated in a very smooth way. But I am also enjoying working in a more classic anime style. (if you like my animations, check out my yt channel studiobatty. I post more there)
