move your mouse :P If there isn't anyone online then duplicate the tab, and split the screen. (both tabs need to be open to work properly). If it still doesn't work then it's either your wifi, you clicked the green flag before the project finished loading, or scratch isn't working properly. If you use any code, please tell others where you got it from :)
This is the first time I laid my hands on cloud variables :) It can only hold 9 people max, but I can change it to ten.
