Explanations for why I gave them the Pokemon they have: Tsukasa’s pokemon Rapidash: There isn’t a pegasus pokemon so this is the closest thing I could think of, also I think Tsukasa would’ve caught it as a ponyta when he was little and it would’ve played with him when he was alone and it would’ve put on shows for Saki with him Starmie: Star, also it kinda just matches his vibe I can’t really explain it Shiny Luxray: Matches his color kinda, also I like to think he found it as a shinx and they became friends because it also liked to perform Hawlucha: “It overwhelms opponents with quick moves, but sometimes it showboats for too long when it’s using a special move and gets itself into a pinch.”- hawluchas Pokédex entries Look I just think it fits ok, also he would definitely love mega hawlucha Quaquaval: It’s a dancer and a performer, also I think that kasa would’ve caught it after joining wxs and they’d perform together Keldeo: Look it just kinda fits, idk much about keldeo lore but it’s a fast, strong, and brave pokemon like Tsukasa, also I think he’d like it bc it reminds him of rapidash idk how he caught it I haven’t thought out all of the legendary pokemon lore Minior: Star, also I think him and saki would’ve caught matching ones when they were little(saki has a yellow one) Pyroar: It’s a lion and Tsukasa honestly gives lion vibes Libre pikachu: I hc that wxs each have a costumed pikachu so for Tsukasa I chose libre pikachu bc it’s athletic and energetic and kinda a main character like him Emu’s pokemon: Tinkaton: It honestly fits the “cute but dangerous” vibe and it just reminds of emu Slurpuff: It’s a little cotton candy dog I think emu would love it honestly Bewear: It quite literally gives spine-crushing hugs and it’s a personal headcanon of mine that emu gives really tight hugs, I also like to think she’d be the only one able to withstand its hugs Oricorio(Pom-pom style): If this form of oricorio sees someone sad, it’ll try to cheer them up with a dance, kinda like how emu always tries to make people smile(I love her so much) Shiny Scream Tail: I was originally gonna give her jigglypuff but then I was like “yk what, let’s give her the ancient feral jigglypuff instead” bc I honestly just feel like she’d like it Also don’t ask how she got a shiny paradox pokemon I’ll figure it out Ogerpon: I just thought it’d fit for emu bc it’s cute but powerful, also it was originally seen as a villian but I think emu would love it regardless Chansey: I think it would’ve taken care of her when she was young Cherrim: When exposed to sunlight it blooms and is more cheerful, it kinda gives similar vibes Pop star pikachu: It’s cute and energetic Nene’s pokemon Primarina: It’s a water and fairy type singer, it fits Mienshao: It’s graceful and powerful I feel like she’s like it Shiny florges(white flower): Ok white flower florges is the rarest florges variant and it being shiny is even rarer I’m just spoiling my goat, also it reminds me of her Aegislash: It reminds me of that one card where she has a sword I think it’s called unwavering gaze Iron valiant: I was gonna give her gallade but she gives both gallade and gardevoir vibes so why not the Pokemon that’s a combo of the 2 Meloetta: It’s a singer that has green hair you see it I see it, also I think it would’ve been drawn to her singing and befriended her Leafeon: I hc she had a shy Eevee when she was young and as she grew it grew alongside her and eventually had the courage to evolve into leafeon Lapras: It’s also a singer and it’s elegant and pretty Belle pikachu: It’s pretty and graceful Rui’s pokemon: Rotom: Robot, also I hc it was one of his only friends when he was little bc it hid in his tv and he thought it was fascinating Shiny meowscarada: Just look at it it literally matches his vibes also rui is literally a cat Gengar: Gengar is a ghost and poison type which are 2 types that are usually seen as scary or evil, plus it’s also a mischievous pokemon but it means well, kinda like rui Magearna(original color): I think that rui would’ve built magearna which is why it’s the original color also I’ll think of lore on how he got its mega stone Absol: Absol is a misunderstood pokemon in the pokemon universe, it always make an appearance before disaster because it’s trying to warn people but people think it’s causing the disasters and they hate it, I think that this is similar to how rui is always ostracized because he’s different from his peers and sometimes even seen as dangerous Blacephelon: It honestly matches his vibes anI think he’d be fascinated by it bc it can literally take its head off and regenerate it Porygon: It’s essentially a robot, also I hc that he found it when he was a kid and it was shy bc humans had found it weird but rui found it awesome and it’s one of his oldest friends Psyduck: Psyduck is actually meant to be based off of a platypus despite its name and we all know rui loves platypuses PhD pikachu: It’s intelligent and experimental
