Meet my Essa Rocky! Essa stands for emotional support stuffed animal, and depending on the person they have different purposes, each to suit the needs of their owner. Rocky is a big horn sheep, while people associate Essa’s as dogs, they don’t have to be, though Rocky is out of the ordinary when it comes to animal species. If you didn’t read his purposes for me, they are here: Comfort: Sometimes when I get tense, I want to grab my arm to stop myself from punching something, now I can grab onto Rocky here to not hurt anyone, including myself by accident. It's also nice to hold onto something soft or plush in a frightening situation. So Rocky can comfort me during those situations. To have something animalistic: I love animals, but I can't get a real esa because my comfort/stress relief methods that I have Rocky for would harm a real animal. Fidgeting: Some of Rocky's planned gear include fidgets. I as someone with adhd I am hyper, and fidgeting is good for keeping my mind at ease.
