Domino Miner by @indium13 Instructions summary in game Use turbowarp if it gets too slow: https://turbowarp.org/1367090756 INSTRUCTIONS There is no escape from the lava that is now filling up the mine behind you. The possibility of getting out with your life is an illusion, but you pursue it anyways. With your special Domino model pickaxe, which only cost you twice as much as the more basic Monomino model, you can mine out two stone cubes ahead of you at once, allthewhile sticking to the efficient space-filling mining routine. Plus, you keep finding cool gems in the ground. Press the arrow keys to mine; groups of two cubes that you are able to mine are highlighted with red. You cannot mine if there is nearby lava that would spill into your tunnel. Try to mine out as large of an area as possible before the lava behind you catches up and erases all of your hard work, your new fortune, and the prospects of old age.
Graphics inspired by Minecraft, Slice & Dice Gameplay inspired by the classic game "dominoes" I did not have time to implement the gem mechanic I wanted to, inspired by @owaiso <- cool games This is my largest project at over 8900 blocks. I think most are probably due to the inefficiency of the methods I used. I decided to render the blocks from a single list containing their x coordinates, y coordinates, and types, but it made finding each of those things super difficult and I should have just done them separately.
