_____--------- /!\ Turbowarp required /!\ ---------_____ https://turbowarp.org/1366970331 __________--------------------------------------__________ This project is something I've been thinking about since a long time but that I started to make recently This project only is the first version, I will make new project with new features, I want to add a way to blend between values inside a triangle, antialiasing, post processing and other things This is a screen display, it works by displaying each frame every pixels, you can think of it like how your computer display shapes via pixels on your screen. You can see the pixels by changing the resolution in the 3rd scene My program supports multiple blend modes : - normal (it's how your computer normally blend between colors, it just make a linear interpolation with the alpha as t) - additive (it's more how we represent light, instead of blending between values it add the r g and b values ) technically it's a rasterizer but I didn't want to name it that way since most people on scratch think "triangle filler" when they hear "rasterizer"
This paper helped me a lot for the rasterization of triangles gfxcourses.stanford.edu/cs248a/winter24content/media/drawing/02_drawtriangle.pdf v.1 change log : -------------------- - rasterization of : * triangles * rectangles * circles - added two blend modes : * normal * additive - display : * stores the precedent pixel color to avoid redrawing non-changing pixels * support any resolution > 0
