So I decided to try watercolor! I drew out the first sketch and was instantly terrified of painting it because it was actually a really good sketch. But you never know how it’ll turn out unless you try and art is about creativity and having fun, not sticking to your comfort zone for fear of failure. So I painted it! And I added shadows and details, and a background, and I’m so happy I decided to paint it because it turned out really pretty! So if you’re ever scared of continuing a painting or drawing because you don’t know how it will turn out, remember that art can be about the process, the creativity, the fun and the learning, not always the results. (Also you can always take a picture of your art before you continue so even if you do mess up, you still have a copy of the not-ruined version!)
