Ava checked her map and schedule. It said “2nd hour history room 109”. 109!? She had to go all the way back down!? Firefly glanced at her schedule. “I have math to!” She smiled. “Really!?” Ava lit up. “Yup” Firefly smiled. “That’s great!” Ava smiled. Ava felt so thing was still…u right though. Yeah her little phantom-tail was gone but, she didn’t really know. She had always felt a bit off but never /this/ off. It felt like…her mind wasn’t exactly her own. Well it was, but it was just, she could not describe it. She brushed it off. She was probaly tired. Ava and Firefly trekked down the stairs as they arrived. She liked the math classroom. The windows had adorble white curtains with lace. There was a small enclosure with an Axoltl in it, and by a window there was a couch and bean bag chair. The classroom felt warm. Welcoming. “Ava can we please sit by the axoltl!?” Ava wanted the couch, but suppose she could sit with her only friend in this building. She she replied with “Of course!” And followed her. It was pretty cool seeing an axoltl. The bell rang class started. The teatcehr began explaining the syllabus. Again, boredom. After the first five minutes, Ava fell deep into sleep. -…- Snow. Rocks. Mountains. Everything was so familiar, yet distant. She padded through frigid cold mountains. The breeze on her fur. Her tail saying in the icey wind. The snow crunching beneath her paws. The scent of blue sheep. It was…soothing. Familiar. Home. She caught a scent of blue sheep on the wind. She turned, stalking forward. Bright light encompassed her. Ava was awake, blinking. “Ava you fell asleep” Ava blinked at Firefly. “I was…?” She said groggily. It felt so real. She felt a…longing. A longing to run. To run on all four of her legs. Ok THAT was weird. Like she’d ever. She sighed, hearing the bell ring. “I have to get to my next class.” ‧͙*̩̩͙❆ ͙͛ ˚₊⋆
