Give it some time to scan in the images, on my computer it takes about 10-15 minutes for the sample images on quality=1 on Scratch. Or, of course, you can use https://turbowarp.org/1366867937?fps=60&stuck
I took the original private project, heavily optimized it, added some quality of life features, and added some better demo images. That's all. Also, the less colorful of images, the faster it goes, but for the sake of demonstration, I used nice colorful ones.
