The Continental Treaty and Peace Organization was a group founded by a certain few chosen dragons as a way for problems to be solved within the Wings of Fire community. This organization has created few treaties, and solved very few problems... contributing to the eventual discontinuation of the project as a whole. These crystals were the embodiment of every natural and unnatural creation in existence. Most of these crystals were held in a vault, locked away from civilization. There were a total of 39 crystals found in the vault before the collapse of the base connected to it. Over the course of the few years that the Council was in power, several members joined and left, with others taking power, causing wars, destroying and creating crystals, and seeking truths that were never meant to be found.
