Lattice is an operating system developed by Minuware. The first version of Lattice, Lattice I, was released on June 5, 1982 as a graphical operating system shell for MW-CS (Minuware Console System) in response to growing interest in graphical user interfaces (GUIs). The most current release of Lattice is Lattice Zaragoza, releasing on April 17, 2024.
This is clearly supposed to be the alternate timeline version of Windows. Some of this was even taken from Windows' Wikipedia page.
