34. HP Update - Showjumping w/ Ghost - - - - Since I didn't update at the HP barn yesterday, I decided I would do one today. Today was my second training session with Ghost, and I couldn't wait to see how much he's improved with his overstepping problem. I brushed him then picked his hooves (with an invisible hoofpick xD) and checked him for any cuts or injuries, which, for those of you who don't know, I always do before a ride. He was perfectly fine so I tacked him up and brought him to the indoor arena, which he seems to prefer over the outdoor arena. We did our basic warmup laps with walk, trot, canter, and a bit of gallop. He wasn't overstepping anymore so I brought out the jumps since we weren't able to jump last time. We went over the jumps and he jumped perfectly, nice and center in between the sides of the jumps. I saw no problem with his jumping so we don't have that much more to work on, only repetition because practice makes perfect! ^^ I do not claim full, partial, or any ownership over Ghost. - - - - Credits!
