Umm... all you have to do is see the banner! I made this for a banner contest, you could do whatever you want and I was inspired by the place I was making the banner: Scratch! I hope everyone likes it!
How did I make it? Answer: I made an orange background and then made 36 mini Scratch cats to the background. Then I made my own version of the scratch logo where I typed "Scratch" In white and then did each letter of "Scratch" separately in orange and lined it up to look like that! then I added the purple block behind the words and... yeah!
