A simple Radio template, all you need to do to make a station is: go to "Stations" sprite, Duplicate or edit the costume, rename the costume to contain the station info, add sounds like Intermissions, Songs, and ADs! More detailed instructions inside.
Credit: My squishy, wrinkly, brain. Note: My original plan was for it to auto detect the amount of sounds associated with the station, but I had to make a "Required Sounds Number" Variable bc Scratch doesn't have a block for the name of a sound :'-(
