the story: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ when they finally finished getting through the subway, they still couldn't see me. after i had heard the twig snap i though of fighting them. but i have no weapon so instead i hid in a dark corner behind some old boxes the darkness loomed over me when i saw someone that seemed.. familiar, in a way i emerged from the boxes i stared at him he stared at me soon i went over to talk. after.. a while, Dino came back later after those two talked they told us to follow him so we did he took us to a abandoned building then started explaining "listen... we are the lats people alive here... theres no people for miles..." he said "so we have to leave" i got scared of the idea of leaving but remembered the monsters that will inevitably kill me if i stay "but how will we leave?" i said Dino pitched in "yeah. all the cars are broken or don't work" the man seemed to wait for all of our questions to stop before continuing "this building is a science lab, they where researching ways to get to other dimensions. but before they could turn it on to travel..." that pause me and Dino gave each other a small glance that said "they got caught before they could turn it on" he sighed and then kept talking "the portal is hidden in this building's basement for employees only, but the place is crawling with infected people... like bugs" when he said "like bugs" i imagined it and it made me shiver a bit "i think that there is a drawer in the main office's desk that contains a map of the whole building! if we could get the employee's copy then we could find the portal!" Dino said "yeah! but... im thinking that there is a keythat the portal room needs... so we'll have to find that too" i told them we continued to discuss our plan Dino suggested we rummage through the whole place the man suggested we search in places the employees would be in then i said "why don't we just use our weapons and other items around us the break the locks and get in?..." after all the suggestions where placed in, we started trying to vote on them. "how are we gonna live in the new dimension?..." i thought
