What if the Precursors were smart? Easy, they just open the portals on Earth's surface and have the Kaiju jump straight into Mount Fuji. No militaries getting in their way, no wasting entire armies of Kaiju on one little planet, and no guys getting cut in half on their way out of the breach. Just one guy jumping into a volcano and his weird anatomy messing with its elements, and then the entire planet's surface covered in unbreathable smoke. I just noticed something, I'm a Halo-themed profile, and Halo also has a race called the Precursors, and just like the Pacific Rim Precursors, they're Eldrich horrors that created monsters and were nuked into extinction. If I'll ever do an animation about the Halo Precursors, no. Never... Not until 34- Halo Studios pulls a Halo 4 again reveals another ancient alien race by introducing a stupid villain who only shows up twice, and you destroy them in a QTE in his second appearance in the whole game.
