Following the overwhelming defeat in the Starrian War, the nation was in desperate need to regain the land and/or lower the risk of another invasion. Then, Bolivia started to collapse. The South American Empire then declared that any nation could seize all of it's land. King Nalim I, wasting no time, asked Bolivia if they could take it. They replied with a yes. ( proof: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1366159346/ ) With the constant threat of the Imperial Axis in Southeast Asia, Great Starcon decided to relocate. The territory in South America is the new mainland of the Kingdom. Relocation services were founded, and their job was to help citizens relocate whatever they needed, because the government funded them for the time of the Great Relocation. The new capital was São Paulo, and was renamed to Nova Stellaris. The Royal Palace was built identically to the one in Stellaris, with the only difference being that the palace in the old capital was turned into a tourist attraction. About 86% of the current population was happy to relocate, due to their land being in danger. The rest stayed in Ceylon or Sumatra.
