BIO: Huzzah! Hurrah! The carnival of silliness has come to town! And who better to be the ringmaster than the silliest of all sillies himself? Zaniac loves putting on a show with his trusty pet, pal, friend, buddy, laywer, tax accountant and partner in crime, octo-dude! SOUND DESC: Since this monster is more complicated, the way it makes its sounds will be explained. It has its octopus under its hat to produce string sounds. It contracts and retracts it's left arm to produce the 'Boop Bing Bop' sound. It wags its finger to produce the shaking head sound. It scrambles it's feet to produce the scrambling feet sound. ELEMENTS: Steel, Foliage, Craft and Silly SIZE: 3x3
