As a quick proof of concept to explain what Antheok Arcanos is: Antheok Corporation was founded as a military technology company. Over the past two decades, it has become the global leader in cybernetics and human augmentation. As its influence grew, the corporation gradually assumed the role of government, ultimately becoming the sovereign authority of the Republic of Antheok Arcanos. The Prototype (shown on the left) is Antheok's oldest continuously upgraded cybernetic operator. Every major augmentation produced by the corporation has first been field-tested on him before entering commercial production. As a result, he serves not only as Antheok's premier combat operator, but also as the living testbed for the company's research and development.
