to decentallotey, please don't treat everything made as terrible, it causes a feedback loop of ruined self esteem which leads seeing everything you made as bad and thinking you're not a good person with leads to ruined self esteem, and so on. You have a team as well, don't think you have to do everything yourself which would probably help you calm down.
