Due to lore, it's been censored & reshared. Arrowkeys for layers & lil 20 min doodle SCRATCH YOU TOOK THE FLIPPING QUALITY OUT I SWEAR- It looks so pasty(?) *sobs* Ignore how I didn't render the Control Cross (I forgot) I'm just going to say it here, I'm so freaking tired from drawing, not like burnout but just tired in general. Welp at least I have this to present :') Anyways I recently downloaded Krita and this is my first and only drawing (for now) using it so this took longer than usual. Uh lore I guess: Puppet (she/they/it), also known as Chasity III or Chasity v.3 was made in a lab with the original purpose being a comfort toy. However for whatever reason, the scientists decided, "hmm wouldn't it be cooler if it was alive and if we used an innocent being without telling them directly" /ref Anyways, they ended up taking a kitten and after some modifications and fabric they got the first model, Chasity! Of course these scientists weren't the best at using fabric but they managed to use special strings that conduct energy and electricity through them (not quite wires) which were able to keep the heart beating or at least stimulate it kinda like defibrillators. These wires were tied against the model so that they couldn't be used to ch0ke it or h^rm it any way, also for user convince since no one really likes tangled stuff. Soon after they created the first Chasity, it ended up dy!ng from poor stitching and too much of a fabric base which interfered with the live body as at the time the ratio of fabric to cat was 56 to 44. Since Chasity once more was d34d, they decided to try stitching back the places they had originally cut and making it so only the tail was fabric based and the front paws and ears. They called this second model Chasity 2 and it worked. They ended up finding a way to dupe and sell these to the public with the original good intentions still there. The Chasity's worked really well with the children and had helped many other people, not just children but also adults who were going through rough times. They soon became popularized and soon there were different patterns and were kept gender-neutral. Despite the Chasity line being very beneficial, one scientist had other intentions. They wanted to find a way to bring it to the theater as they thought it'd be cool to have performances. They soon stole Chasity v.2 since no one was really using it anymore and modified it so that these strings would now be able to bend by their will and had them connected to a Control Cross (the wood piece) The ears were also changed so that now only one was sewn on rather than 2 and scissors were added. The front paws became real again and the back left one became fabric. Minor adjustments like a cute bow and bell on the back were then added for aesthetic purposes (yes this scientist has taste, they studied fashion and took a course in art) Additionally, it was aged up so it could have more strength. This version of Chasity was technically known as Chasity v.3 or Chasity III but was better known as Puppet to the public. The scientist sold her for a very good price to the theater folks who had a lot of fun with her and showed her how to do tricks. Soon they went on tour and Chasity became famous for her tours. Even though her life had peaked, there were still downsides. For example, if she couldn't exactly do a trick correctly, sometimes one of her owners would use the Control Cross to help her do it but would often leave her a bit scuffed because they'd pull too hard and were a bit rough with her. She also was overworked and was only given short breaks which didn't allow her to recover after an exhausting night leading to her being a bit slugish and less precise at times which only made her owners use the Control Cross more often. After this all, one day she was k!dn4pp3d in her sleep and found herself in the Abyss and with a shadow figure who used her for many malicious things. Poor thing, they didn't deserve this and Chasity found themselves with more shadow figures and ended up k!lling someone not by choice but by force. She wasn't even built to k!ll as her fabric paw didn't have any claws nor could she hear really good with her fabric ear either and her tail would often make her unbalanced, yet they still were responsible for the d34th, several more to come. Did this lore get darker, yes but it was already at the start, plus she looks so wholesome in the main drawing in her prime <3 If I do manage to get her I will most likely use her for TTC (a trilogy of mine and a future adaptable comic) Ngl, this lore is partially inspired from The Engineering Process in honor of my 8th grade science teacher :') and a bit from Destiny by and a certain horror game I shall not say cuz of nightmares. 怪物 (Kaibutsu) - YOASOBI Design - Program - Krita :O I REALLY LIKE HOW IT CAME OUT!!
