1) A 50-year NAP between the Qing dynasty, Persia, the Ottoman Empire, and Iraq will occur. 2) The Ottomans will pay $50,000 in reprimands total to Iraq, Persia, France, and China. 3) $5,000 in reprimands will be paid by all parties to the Ottoman Empire 4) Iraq becomes the "Caliphate of the Two Rivers" and is fully independent. 5) Kuwait becomes an autonomous zone under China's jurisdiction for 10 years until a referendum will decide the further rulers.
