Signatures: Persia: Signed Russia: Signed France: Signed Ottoman/Turkey: Signed Bulgaria: Signed Iraq: Signed Qing: Signed Egypt: Signed Bavaria: Signed Egypt, Levant, Hellenia, Sicily, Cyprus and Illyria would all become French Protectorates, with Napoleon acting as their Emperor. (As part of the old treaty between Russia and Persia) Russia gains the caucuses and now Persia gains Black Sea access Iraq would become independent, Mesopotamia (A seperate state) would be placed under French protection China would gain two colonies (Crete and Kuwait), and full access to travel through French Suez. France would gain the Suez Territory Russia gains the Black Sea access points Bavaria would get land. Constantinople would become independent and placed under French protection. It would hold a French naval and army base. The Bulgarians would be put in charge of it, Russia would be in charge of/protect its religious institutions, and Turkey would be allowed to use it. Turkey would become the Turkish Republic, with Napoleon in control, though led by the Sultan, chosen by Napoleon (Though who is popular and good at ruling). Napoleon has the power to overrule the Sultan and force him to do things, but chooses not to 99% of the time, basically giving Turkey full autonomy. There will be an elected Assembly, who act as advisors to the Sultan. Any NPC nations created are under French protection (Hellenia, Illyria, Sicily, Cyprus, Levant, and Egypt, who is not npc) but Kurdistan is under Persian protection and Iraq gets to choose who they want to protect them.
