I haven't done a DTA in like months... Much less one of the gigantic entries I would so casually crank out in like 4 days Uhhh I'll type the lore out latere Update it is now later. So this guy right now I'm still looking for a name but I think it would be hilarious if he was just called The Inspector like a scooby doo villain or something so I'll just refer to him by that for now So background info: Keep in mind a ton of this story has not been polished and is still in a very rough state... Basically, a few kids in a smaller town have all recently discovered they can shapeshift into cats. However... a mysterious person has also noticed this, and got an idea. These shapeshifters could have great potential- while cats aren't all that useful, imagine the power they could obtain if they shapeshifted into animals that could travel farther, hear better, fight stronger, or see closer. Basically he decides to try to mutate people who are willing to help him into shapeshifters Soooo where does he fit in? Idk if this job has an actual name other than security guard but he basically just has to watch out for trespassers or suspicious individuals. He's been hearing a lot of weird noises from the forest and notices the same 4-ish kids won't stop sneaking into random places then mysteriously disappearing, so obviously he's scared. But can you imagine how relieved he was when a mysterious person gave him almost a MIRACLE cure?? This person showed him that these people are shapeshifters. The neighborhood wouldn't take him seriously if he tried to tell them, but the mysterious person showed him how to take this into his own hands. He offered a small exchange: He would have to work with the mysterious person on an objective he had anyways- just capture the shapeshifters, and the stranger would gift him powers to help him. No more clunky flashlight that kept dying on him, when he could just have his eye do the same thing. And no more having to hide in cramped, uncomfortable areas as to not alert them, when he can now summon fog around him to conceal him. And... just in case, also got turned into a shapeshifter himself. Uhhhh notes: - I'm so sorry for the janky code + bad quality art in some sequences, I'm a terrible procrastinator and did this entire thing in like 2-ish days - The people in the intro are 2 of the shapeshifters! If you're curious, their names are Naomi (insists on being called Haunted though) and Rai! - Uuhhh in his final design if i win him he's not going to be this simplified, I mostly didn't include the fog/shadow wings and the hat details as well as the accessories for time's sake
