✦ HELLO AGAIN... # My thumbnails suck, someone help me.... So... it's been a while since I last posted... (I say that as if I haven't completely disappeared for the entire summer.) But I'm back now! At least... for today. This isn't the big project I've been working on—it's actually just a little one to hold everyone over because I have something much, much bigger coming soon. Keep an eye out for that because I'm super excited to share it! I thought it'd be fun to show some of the things that kept me busy over the summer. ⋆ #rating my art // by me // 7.2/10 ✉ - First up: a koi fish! I randomly decided I wanted to draw one because they're so elegant, and honestly... they're just really fun to make look pretty. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it! I think the colors came out nicely, although there are definitely a few things I'd tweak if I redrew it. Still, it was a really fun piece to make and helped me experiment with blending and shapes. - Then, of course, you get all the layers because the real ones know we have to show those. ⋆ #rating my art // by me // 6/10 - And finally, there's a little sketchy drawing of a girl based on myself, of course;)! Nothing super fancy, but I really liked the messy sketch style and wanted to experiment with it. I honestly think she's really cute, but there are definitely a lot of things I'd improve. The proportions are a little wonky in places, and if I were to redraw her now, I'd probably change quite a bit. ...And yes, there are more layer screenshots because I apparently enjoy exposing my entire drawing process. Hope you enjoy! <3 Let's hope these hashtags help the 0 views...... #Art #Digitalart #Koifish #Sketch #Idkwhatelsetoputunderhashtags
