PRIME LEAGUE – OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT The wait is almost over... Prime League officially kicks off on 03/08! This season will feature 20 clubs, divided into 4 groups of 5 teams each. Tomorrow, the official Group Stage Draw and the final list of participating clubs will be revealed. Tournament Format 20 Teams 4 Groups (5 Teams each) Every team plays the others in its group. The Top 2 teams from each group qualify for the Quarter Finals. The Knockout Stage consists of: Quarter Finals Semi Finals Final Prime League Loser Cup Teams that finish 3rd in their groups will not be eliminated. Instead, they will qualify for the Prime League Loser Cup, giving them another opportunity to compete for a trophy. The Loser Cup Champion will also qualify for the Prime Cup, joining the 8 teams that advanced from the Prime League Knockout Stage. No Transfers This Season To keep the competition fair and balanced, there will be no transfers or transfer negotiations during this season. Every manager will compete using the squad they registered. Important All managers are expected to respect the league rules and agree with all decisions and tournament regulations before the season begins.
