Scratched SMP is a Scripted Minecraft SMP based off Unstable SMP, Shattered SMP, and Heartless Horizons. ------------------------------------------------------------------- LORE: Scratched SMP has been around for years, ever since the introduction of Hardcore Minecraft. For years, players have built civilizations, created factions, fought wars, and simply lived their lives. The server is completely vanilla. But despite that, there have always been things that aren't right. Buildings that have no known owner. Structures appearing in places nobody remembers building. Players disappearing after only ten minutes of playing. No death message. No chat message. No evidence. They simply disappear. For years, nobody took these incidents seriously. They were dismissed as glitches, server issues, or exaggerated stories from old players. That changed when a faction was created. They called themselves All Being Cherished, or A.B.C. A.B.C. claimed to understand what was happening. They preached that they knew why players disappeared, why abandoned buildings appeared, and what was truly happening to the server. People believed them. But A.B.C. didn't actually know anything. Their explanations were fabricated. Their "prophecies" were lies. Their supposed knowledge was nothing more than manipulation. A.B.C. had realized something simple: People are easier to control when they're afraid. By convincing players that they alone understood the strange events, A.B.C. began gaining followers, influence, resources, and eventually control over much of the server. But there's one problem. The strange events were real. And A.B.C. doesn't actually know what's causing them. They're lying about something they don't understand. And eventually, their lies are going to collide with the truth.
