To load people: 1. Open Gates: P 2. Close Gates: C 3. Lock Lapbars: L 4. Wait for Ready light to turn on 5. Dispatch: D When returned: 1. Unlock Lapbars: U 2. Load people The Top-Left Green Light means "Cart In Station" The 2 two lights below Cart in Station light are the gate lights, if it is orange, it is closed, if it is green, it is open The 2 lights below the other 2 lights are bar lights, red is unlocked, green is locked. Ready light is on when it is ready for dispatch, Not ready is on when it is not ready for dispatch. The E-STOP light turns on when you hit "E" or E-STOP Block control shows where the cart is. Trobleshooting------------------------------------------------------ The not ready light is on, even though i have every thing completed. Wait a few secounds, then the ready light should come on. Both Bar lights are on and nothing is working. The reason is you tried to lock the bars while the gates were open, hit "O" then "C" then lock the bars. Or, hit the Lock Bars Button Again.
