Thank you for the feature!! Made for Scratch Camp Week 3 - Journey Back Home ★ The Golden Record! ↪ In 1977, Voyager 1 was launched into from planet Earth. The purpose of this space probe was to explore our solar system, but it is now in interstellar space (outside of our solar system). On it was placed a small 12-inch disc called the "Golden Record". Scientists placed this record here in case Voyager 1 was ever encountered by extraterrestrial life (aliens!). The record acts as a time capsule, designed to represent planet Earth as a whole. It contains greetings in different languages, music from around the world, and even encoded images - all of which you'll see in this project! ★ Credits: ↪ Thanks to @griffpatch for the beautiful stars ↪ Thanks to NASA for the audio ↪ Everything else by me
