Trapped inside my fears, With burdens set upon my shoulders, This room is filled with expectations, Pushing me down into the night. Then a sound pulses in my ears, Through the weight I carry, And outwards into the darkness. I can get to my feet. You're not a quitter So keep on going. You're a warrior, So keep on fighting. Run into the storm and face the giants, You're no longer small. Push past the odds and standards You'll be fine on your own. Fire burns inside my chest. The enemy's gone. Watch as the dust clears, And see your new identity. Hello, fighter. Welcome into a new world where victory is yours. Always.
