[D6] Critter’s Interview

♡ Critter ‘Crystal’ Calamity - 12 y/o - D6 ♡ Critter waited somewhat impatiently outside the stage door in line, seeming to grow increasingly bored as the line slowly inched forward. “This is taking a long time,” she whispered to nobody in particular. She tilted her head as she suddenly noticed a bug and grinned, pouncing at it- when she realized it was her turn! Yay, no more waiting :D She strided through the stage door, grinning as she heard the applause. Wow, it was so… cheery! She waved and loudly shouted, “Hi everybody!” She skipped merrily towards where Ellema waited, and glanced around, inspecting the crowd. “So this is just me yapping?” Critter asked, not waiting for an answer as it declared, “I love yapping hehe!” “So you’re Critter ‘Crystal’ Calamity from district six, correct?” Ellema asked, and Critter nodded enthusiastically, “Yep, that’s me!” “So how are you feeling about the hunger games?” Ellema grinned, and Critter cheerfully chirped, “good!” Ellema paused, before she turned and asked, “Well, that’s excellent dear! Do you have any plans?” “Nope!” Critter grinned. Ellema raised an eyebrow as she asked, “So you’re just going to wing it?” “Pretty much, yep!” Critter agreed energetically, flicking an ear as she asked, “How do you feel about the hunger games?” Unfortunately, Ellema ignored her as she simply asked another question, “So, have you made any allies?” “Nope!” Critter answered with a grin, “have you made any allies?” Again, Critter was ignored. “How about enemies, hmm?” Ellema didn’t show it in her posture, but her eyes seemed to indicate she was getting bored. “Also nope!” Critter answered cheerfully, reflecting the question back, “have you made any enemies?” Once more, bug was ignored. “Have you even interacted with the other tributes?” “Nah! Oh wait, that’s a good idea! I should, hehe!” Critter answered keenly, giggling a little, as she then turned to Ellema, “Have you-“ “Yes.” Ellema answered flatly and sharply, before she grinned and her charisma returned, “Cool!” Critter grinned, clapping a little before she turned to the crowd, waving giddily. “Well then, one last question,” Ellema grinned, “Do you think, that all by yourself, you could actually win the hunger games?” “Probably not!” Critter answered cheerfully, “Yeah, I should make some friends! Thanks for the advice Ellema!” “I didn’t-“ Ellema seemed to mutter under her breath before she shook her head, “nevermind, I would ask a few more questions, but it seems we’ve stretched our time. Well then, it was a /pleasure/ talking to you Critter, now-“ Critter cut her off, cheerfully and loudly announcing, “I know you’re lying! You sound so horrible when you lie. Have you considered telling the truth a little more? Probably not, since I’d assume your career hinges on you-“ Critter heard two, harshly whispered words before bug bowed, and skittered off. “Get. Out.”
