inspired by https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1364932706/ i thought i'd show you guys how i (personally) organize all auditionees for FIRA! the screenshot may be a bit blurry, but this is a REAL screenshot of the sheet i used to organize the auditionees for the WISHME replacements! there are no comments about the talent of the applicants here; although i do include them, i've removed them for the purpose of this screenshot to keep my own opinions private. now, let's go through the categories i use! 1) Username / Stage Name / Full Name i ask for all three of these! username and stage name are for obvious reasons (to find the person again and to have something to refer to them by, respectively), but the full name is purely for aesthetic reasons; when i make member announcements, i put the full name of the person as well as their stage name! however, i do make sure to clarify that the full name can and SHOULD be fake. 2) Age / Pronouns age is also for member announcement purposes, and isn't used much past that, but pronouns are important, especially in this age of s-pop since many people go by different pronouns than simply she/her or he/him. 3) Audition Link + Notes the notes aren't included in these images, but i personally think they're the most important part of this spreadsheet. i ask people to provide a link and not to say "check my profile" in order to prevent the problem of people saying they'll post something and then forgetting, as well as lessening the work i have to do. additionally, i put as detailed notes as i can pertaining to both the vocal and rap of the applicant; enough to give me a short summary without me having to listen to the audition every time i go back. 4) All of the Second Slide all these, except for BL user (the one blacked out in order to keep users private) are used for member announcements as well. representative color is used when posting content about one specific member. bl user is in order to make a gc with the members and avoid spoiling plans to people outside of it before we are ready. i sometimes see people questioning why some companies have such long audition forms, so i thought i'd share my process with you and hopefully explain why FIRA uses pretty long forms <3
