Update with Pretzel || Bareback trail ride - - - Today I decided to take Pretzel out to the trail, and she's one of my newer horses. She's been backed so I figured I could go bareback with her, but boy, I was so wrong. So we started of with a quick trot and slowly eased our way into a canter, and she spooked at a flock of birds taking off from a tree. She gained back her calm after I gently stroked her neck so she could feel my touch. We rode for a few more minutes before I felt her get somewhat tense, so I held my grip tighter and slowed her down a bit, making sure she wouldn't buck me off or anything like that. But she wanted to go even faster after that, so I allowed her to but only a moment in, I found myself being smacked into the grass beside me and her running off. - - - Credits: Rider: @MythtopianPegasus and @LunarEclipse-_ Background: @LunarEclipse-_ Pretzel: @retro-mushroom
