I found this game called BeamNG.drive. Looks pretty cool, so I put it in an emulator to play. My device has DirectX, so it runs at an solid 60fps. (V-sync) They are working on an SEGA Dreamcast port using the Windows CE feature as we speak! The physics engine is WONDERFUL! Honestly, try it!
