AJ (a boy who was genetically modified at birth) Ivy (Max’s protective twin sister.) Tali (a good friend of Ivy’s) Grace (Evan’s guardian.) Emma (Max and Ivy’s mom) Jess (Max and Ivy’s mama) +————————————————————————+ Lore: Nico had a partner named AJ, who was genetically mutated at birth, having the ability to transform into what most people would see as a monster. AJ was an orphan, who switched from home to home due to weird accidents. AJ eventually found a home in the town of Crestwell, which is where he met Nico. Nico grew up in Crestwell, but was severely bullied in middle school. So Nico’s twin sister, Ivy, is very protective of her brother and cares for him deeply. Nico is very shy, quiet, and anxious while Ivy is outspoken and confident. AJ then met Nico at school, and the two became very close. But later, after a big accident, AJ’s power was discovered by the government, and Evan was taken by them, his disappearance explained as “moving away.” Nico had known the truth, and had made it his mission to find and rescue AJ. Would the two ever see each other again? Lore 2: After AJ was taken by the government, he was sent to a laboratory run by the “scary men” (as he called them when he was young.) After listening in on a top secret meeting, he realized that the weird things that happen to him- things he doesn’t like disappearing, people getting hurt when he’s really mad at them, and moments being erased from other people’s memories, was caused by an entity. This entity was from another realm of reality, unlike any life form that anyone had even dreamed of. His mother, who died at birth :( ,had come into contact with this entity while pregnant. AJ eventually got more control of his emotions, as distress signals this entity. It feels what AJ feels, but it can only recognize the feeling of distress. When it “activates” AJ floats around in a calm space, in his mind. Then comes to, to realize that all the chairs in his classroom are gone, or he suddenly has bl00d on his face.
