Alrighty let's do this!!
• Please give us a short introduction, including how long you’ve been a member of the studio, your time zone, and your age or age range. Hey! My name is Simon, and I joined DBD around 2 years ago on the account @number1tangfish or @Almond_Glycerides. My timezone is CST and I am 12-15. I like Ace Attorney and Persona, among other things. • (Optional) Do you have any experience managing communities or similar roles? Not on Scratch, but in real life I manage clubs and I generally take charge when socializing with others/in group projects, etc. • Why do you want to become a manager for Different By Design? Because I want to help DBD be a fun and enjoyable place for everyone! I would love to help the studio develop and grow to be a place with minimal discourse and a source of joy for all! • What do you think being a manager would involve? Enforcing rules in description, engaging design delay on host shifts, being there for everyone if they have a problem or question, encouraging reply culture and positivity, etc! • Why do you think you’d make a good manager? Ever since I was a young Simon, I've been good at managing things and taking charge. I am also skilled with wording things and helping others understand things they are confused about, like rules or meanings of a term, so if anyone needs help or has any questions, I can answer them quite well! • Are there any downsides or weaknesses you think you’d have as a manager? I wouldn't be active on DBD a lot due to prior commitments and my summers being quite busy, though I would check profile comments as often as I could. I would also probably make the studio be "different by ace attorney" too much on host shifts- • What are some ideas you have for improving the studio? I am aware we do things similar to these with some regularity, but I personally am a big fan of the idea of community events and opportunities for DBDers to share things with others to foster a stronger sense of community and possibly spark friendships! Example of such a thing would be like a large DBD roleplay, things like DBDronpa, secret santas, etc. • What is your availability and activity level (ideally on a scale from 1–10)? Availability is on average an 8, but there are some busy days in my week where that would go to a 5.
