A first pass of the Earthbound Sorting Network is applied due to the initial recursion at the beginning of the Hyper Stooge Sort algorithm causing it to happen, then it switches to Cooked Insertion Sorting Network due to some of the list already being sorted; a bunch of unnecessary swaps are made in Hyper Stooge Sort bringing it to 3^n time complexity, the Cooked Insertion Network removes those swaps.
