It doesn't look that great but it was super duper fun to draw ':D Whoops I forgot the rings in the animation (completely ignores the fact that I only drew one wing in both things) Click things to make them bigger. You have to click the flag to make them small again. And now, the bAcKsToRy! (warning: death) (also changing her pronouns to she/her) She was born in a vast wasteland, and all her parents cared about was wealth and status, both of which they had none. One day, they came upon the entrance of the Golden River, a legendary underground body of water that brings immortality and importance, a river many thought were only in myths. Alas, the entrance, an ordinary-looking cave entrance with tiny golden nuggets lodged into the walls, was too small for either of her parents to fit through. Her father told her to fit through the cave entrance and swim in the river, then come back out. It seemed like an odd request to her, but she did it anyway. The jagged rock edges of the entrance scraped her fur, and she winced, but kept going. There was a fork of three tunnels past the entrance, but in the gloom, she could see a light coming form the middle one, so that was the one she took. At the end, there was a shimmering golden river. She remembered her father's words to swim in it, so she reluctantly dipped a paw in. The river was warm and made her feel nice, happy. She leaped in and relished nice feeling, smiling. Eventually, the river went cold and she climbed out, wondering why her father wanted her to swim in it. She headed back to the entrance, and found it even harder to fit through. She didn't find it odd, though. When daylight filled her eyes, her parents gasped. Wings had sprouted on her back, a god-like shine had filled her eyes, her pupil nowhere to be seen, and golden tints all over her fur. She suddenly realized what the river did to her, and her parents' scheme. They were going to use her as a stepping stool, and, being the arents of an immorta, they would be as rich and famous as they always wanted to be. Fueled by anger, she killed her parents on the spot, newfound power and strength coursing through her veins. The two rings always spinning around her are the souls of her mother and father. She lives her never-ending life with no name given to her by her parents, and known only as "The Golden One" by the villagers, hating the world. The end ;w; wow im so good at thinking of tragic backstories. BTW congrats on 170!
