That's pretty much all I have to say and I just had this random thought and don't get me wrong I rank the movies below literally everything else but just hear me out because I realized the craziest thing and please just think about this: You know the crazy thing about this is, we're basing accuracy off the books, but that means for the question of which is more accurate, the books or the movies, the books top the movies every time because we're literally measuring the books against themselves and of course the movies are going to have trouble catching up. So really, unless it's show vs. movie, we shouldn't really try to compare accuracy because OF COURSE the movies are going to l0se that b@ttle they're movies not ten-and-a-half hour marathons for the fans to see that contain literally every single detail. I still support that the movies are highly inaccurate and that they could have followed the storyline a LOTTLE bit better, but still, why are we still doing the unfair comparison? Like I think people get it for the original storyline you should definitely read the books, but what if we measured accuracy against the movies? Suddenly the books are looking out of place. I know that this was a lot but hear me out seriously we've been h@ting on the movies too much for something that could never measure up with perfect standards like we do with measuring the books against themselves and expecting the movies to be perfect.
