Since there are like 3 outers I made a take on the AU for this. I also added a class for him.
too lazy to walk so he floats, too lazy to fight so he erases his targets. High dmg, High stam cost, low stam regen. Abilities: Bones, Blasters, Stars, Gravity/Mass Manipulation, Fire+Ice, atom manipulation. I have actual lore being developed for the take on outer but I probably wont go too far with it, Go ahead and ask questions though and I'll try to answer them.
