----------------------------- Article I --------------------------------The Great Frog Alliance is governed by four Houses. Each of these is composed of Offices, which have a specific number of Attendant Officers and one Chief Officer. The Chief Officer can appoint Officers according to that Office's law, as can the Primus of the House or the Sovereign Amphibia. ----------------------------- Article II -------------------------------- The first House of the Great Frog Alliance is the House Anuria. This House will govern all internal affairs, such as legal currencies, institutions (e.g. a library), and other such matters. It will have one Head Office that can form new offices to handle a specific institution, if ratified by the House Amphibia (See Article V). The Head Office will have one Chief Officer and up to as many as 3 Attendant Officers. ---------------------------- Article III --------------------------------The second House of the Great Frog Alliance is the House Salientia, which will handle diplomatic affairs. In this House there will be one Chief Office and any number of other Offices. Each of these Offices can have one Chief Officer and as many as two Attendant Officers. The Chief Office handles all matters and the administrative work behind them. The other Offices handle one specific matter. (eg Preventing war against the Red Empire or the Alliance with the Green Cult) ---------------------------- Article IV -------------------------------- The third House of the Great Frog Alliance is the House Batrachia. This House will handle militant and spy affairs. It will be comprised of two branches, each with one Chief Office and any number of other Offices. In the Chief Office of the Military Branch, there can be as many as one Chief Officer and two Attendant Officers. In the Chief Office of the Intelligence Branch, there can be as many as one Chief Officer. In the Military Branch, non-Chief Offices are to be comprised of one Chief Officer and any number of Attendant Officers, which are to be called Soldiers. In the Intelligence Branch, there are to be as many as one Chief Officer and three Attendant Officers in non-Chief Offices. These Attendant Officers are to be called Spies. Spies are not to use their accounts on the GFA to spy, only alt accounts, which only they, the Chief of the Intelligence Branch, and the Chief Officer of their Office can know. ----------------------------- Article V -------------------------------- The fourth House of the Great Frog Alliance is the House Amphibia, which will handle legislative, judiciary, and other matters. It will be comprised of three Offices, the Sovereign Office, the Legislative Office, and the Judiciary Office. The Sovereign Office will be comprised of up to one Chief Officer, the Sovereign, and two Attendant Officers. The Legislative Office will be composed of one Chief Officer and up to eight Attendant Officers, or Senators. The Judiciary Office will be composed of one Chief Officer and up to four Attendant Officers, or Justices. The Legislative Office will have the power to pass laws, if voted on with a two-thirds majority, to limit or give powers to other Houses and Offices. It cannot limit or give powers to Offices within the House Amphibia. The Judiciary Office will have the power to overturn laws passed by the Legislative Office with a simple majority, although it will not have the ability to remove committees added to the House Anuria. The Judiciary Office will also be able to remove titles from members anywhere within the Great Frog Alliance or ban anyone, with a simple majority. The Sovereign Office can propose acts/laws to be voted on by the other Offices in the House Amphibia, and support any other Offices in the Great Frog Alliance. ---------------------------- Article VI --------------------------------If any Chief Officer of the Great Frog Alliance that is in a non-Chief Office should leave Scratch, the most senior Officer by time in the Alliance will fill their spot. Should the Chief Officer of a Chief Office, a Senator, a Justice, or the Sovereign leave Scratch, a voting process occurs. For a Chief Officer of a Chief Office, a voting process between all members within the house occurs. For a Senator, a voting process where all members of the Alliance can vote exactly once and must vote in two days leads to a new Senator. For a Justice, the Sovereign and the Justices can vote together for a new Justice. For the Sovereign, the Chief Officer of the Intelligence Branch becomes it. For voting ties in any of these, in a tie, the highest-ranked becomes Chief Officer. In what is still a tie, the most senior Officer becomes Chief Officer. --------------------------- Article VII -------------------------------- Laws in this Constitution can be overturned by a unanimous vote from the Legislative or Judiciary Branch.
Everyone can have as many roles as they can handle, but they can only be in one role in the House Amphibia. Bad word detector said that I had a bad word but I'm not sure what it is so whatever.
