Howdy, I'm Moth. I am a teenager who has been a part of DBD for a few months now and wants to help support the studio more. I am in eastern time(usa) and I am often active on DBD • (Optional) Do you have any experience managing communities or similar roles? I have been a manager of smaller studios in the past and small chatrooms, I feel I am ready to be a part of a larger studio now. • Why do you want to become a manager for Different By Design? I want to support DbD more and help the community • What do you think being a manager would involve? Collaborating with other managers, moderating the chat to make sure nothing that breaks the rules happens, and discussing more things with DbD • Why do you think you’d make a good manager? I feel that because I am active often and like helping people in this community and try to pay good attention to the rules and report comments that have broken them, I'd be a good manager. • Are there any downsides or weaknesses you think you’d have as a manager? I feel that I get in arguments a lot and let my opinions get in the way sometimes, although I am working at that. • What are some ideas you have for improving the studio? Moderating comments a bit more, or making sure people are respecting each other better. • What is your availability and activity level (ideally on a scale from 1–10)? on a scale of 1-10 I'd say 9 during the summer and maybe 7 during the school year - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -.
