Icee and Pengui are the star players in this FA period. I rejoined Toronto with the goal of returning them to their former glory, and I think the signing of these 2 players is a huge step in that direction. Just imagine a team of Icee, Pengui, and K-man. A team that could become a powerhouse in the league. Pengui deserves a chip as much as anyone in the league. Well over a year in GL’s, without any chips to show for it, is a feeling I know all too well. I want to help bring Pengui to the top. I’ve said this many times, but Icee is someone I respect in GL’s. He is the one person who has been in as many GL’s as I have, and he has had a major influence on the GL community as a whole. If I have any regrets relating to him, it’s that I haven’t gotten much of a chance to play on his team. This is my chance to do that, as well as help him to win another chip. So this is K-man asking both of you guys personally, to help me bring back Toronto from the grave.
Contracts would be 1-year, player option, etc, all the player friendly options. I believe players enjoy the game more, and play best, when they’re comfortable and happy with the team, and that is what I strive to do as a leader.
