He and his family visit his dad’s side of the family in France every summer. He grew up in a healthy home and has a great relationship with his mom and dad, and his two siblings who have both moved out but he is still in touch with and talks to all the time. He is also very close with his cousin, Gloria, or was until she started to talk to him less and less. Her family said she was doing this to everyone and they didn’t know why. They had tried to figure it out, but after a long time of trying they all gave up. Except for Tristen. He would never give up on Gloria. He knew somewhere deep inside her was the girl who used to play guitar with him while he played his bass, or who used to call him when her parents fought just to have something to distract her or someone to vent to about it, or who used to play super smash bros and Mario kart with him, and come to his theater performaces and cheer the loudest for him.
