Do not use my design(s) and artwork for anything +18 and AI. 2. If you use my artwork, credit is required, however with designs I’m more lax, and you don’t have to credit me all the time. Though you still have to credit me occasionally (if crediting on scratch, just link my username, if offsite check rule 9.) 3. Don’t steal, trace, or copy my artwork. Inspiration is totally okay! (though if it’s heavily referenced/inspired then I might consider it copying). Also don’t use the artwork if it wasn’t made for you specifically. 3.5. Follow up to rule 3, don’t do the same thing with my designs. 4. Don't remove my watermark. 5. Unless it wasn’t made for you, you can totally use my artwork and/or my designs without my permission! Like before, just credit me. 6. Due to religious reasons, I won’t use any mood boards, draw any designs, use any refs, and descriptions that contain satanic/demon-like themes and elements. 7. I’m totally down to draw gore, though no extreme gore, it has to be kid-friendly. 8. You may sell (just don’t make it more than the price you got it for), trade, and give away my designs, you don’t need to ask me (unless you’re selling it you'll have to ask, so I can approve of the price). Though it’s absolutely required that you let the person you’re giving the design to know about my T.O.S and have them follow it. (if you do happen to not want the design anymore, have it for at least two weeks beforehand) 9. When using the design offsite, I prefer if you credit my offsite accounts instead of my scratch account (hint: my offsite username is and will always be TyphonAndStorms). I can’t say nor can I link my accounts here, but check my featured project if you wish to find them (just be +13, don’t try to lie about your age, and don’t reveal it online/publicly) 10. Don’t harass anyone 11. Follow the Design-a-thon and scratch’s T.O.S’ 12. If something is incorrect in your offer (such as missing username, I’m not going to let you know, you have to fix it yourself) 13. Be a decent person and have common sense. 14. No hate is allowed whatsoever such as ableism, homophobia, racism, etc. 14.5. Follow up to rule 14, don’t use certain things to shield your problematic opinion (ex: using religion as an excuse to be homophobic or something like that) 15. Feel free to ask me to draw ship art, though if it’s inappropriate, that’s where I draw the line. Cwrd is the Bee movie, hide it well 16. Don’t be freaky or a creep [Moving forward, the rest of these are just notes/other stuff that is still required to be read, but they aren’t rules exactly] 17. My motivation tends to be very flexible, what I mean by that is, your order will either get done in a couple hours to near the end of design-a-thon. It’s guaranteed to get complete, but the time it will be done depends on my motivation. 18. *Only applies to designs I accept both art and tickets, however I recommend offering tickets instead because I’m picky with art offers :’) 19. You can totally ask for more than one design/artwork or/and ask for both! Just try to put it all in separate orders (don’t make a new comment, just do replies, so it’s easier for me to keep track of them) so I don’t mess up anything or have any confusion happen. 20. If you choose to ask for animated stuff from me, please give me an animator friendly design (it doesn’t have to be simple, but not super complicated)
