Due to reasons Tatsuki Rei cannot figure out, ARBITESIA remained largely unchanged. She would occasionally bleed from her mouth, eyes, and nose. However, except for that not much changed visually. She has however become far stronger than she once was, considered a level 4 threat (second highest). Only Mercy has been able to deal with her for any longer than a few seconds, and that’s only due to his regeneration. Because of this, when encountered, we simply use him as a meat shield. They seem to have some kind of hostility between one another though Mercy refuses to elaborate.
